Matt, Pretty good work, overall. I think you should try to slow down for a moment after you lay in the loose, broad strokes. I think I commented on this with you at the North Market - some of the contours are becoming ambiguous; it becomes difficult to know where the form is. While it is forgiving in broader areas (torso, capes), it is less so in narrow forms like limbs and extremities.
The top 2 activities are along the lines that you should focus - strong silhouettes, and fluid, rhythmic gestures. In the 3rd activity, consider how silhouette could illustrate the gestures better.
